Meet Dr. Bell

Dr. Bell is a trauma-trained chiropractor, with advanced certifications and training from some of the most prestigious universities, academies, and chiropractic associations in the US. This extensive training has enabled him to be highly effective in treating complex trauma and pain issues.

He received post-doctoral training in research methodology from Harvard Medical School. Additional advanced training includes mild traumatic brain injury and concussion, spinal biomechanical engineering, orthopedic testing, MRI interpretation, whiplash, and crash reconstruction.

Dr. Bell serves as a member of the Academy of Chiropractic’s Trauma Team. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association, North American Spine Society, New York State Chiropractic Association, American Academy of Pain Medicine, and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

He has served as a peer reviewer for the prestigious Spine Journal, and serves on the committee with North American Spine Society. Dr. Bell received training and certification in crash reconstruction from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. He has also received extensive post-graduate training in electrodiagnosis from Palmer Chiropractic College and The City University of New York at Staten Island, as well as advanced certification in electrodiagnosis from Empire Medical Training.

He was certified in Nutritional Pain Management by the Academy of Integrative Pain Management and in Physiological Therapeutics by the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.

He was a 1991 graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia and has practiced as a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in New York State for 30 years.

Dr. Bell is now proud to be serving patients in his “adopted” hometown of Palm Bay, FL, where he resides with his wife, Dina. He enjoys the sun and the beach, cycling, and running, and is a member of Space Coast Runners. Dr. Darren and Dina are also active parishioners at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic, FL.
